Nupac Apartments is serving USC student community for the last 25 years and is one of the largest off campus student housing provider.

Nupac Apartments owns and operates approximately 425 apartments in 12 different buildings all within a walking distance from University of Southern California. We have Singles, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. All these buildings are on USC tram route (a free pick and drop service by USC)
