Nupac Apartments is serving USC student community for the last 15 years and is one of the largest off campus private student housing provider. We  have Bachelors, Singles, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms all within a walking distance from USC Campus.

Nupac Apartments owns and operates approximately 425 apartments in 14 different buildings around USC Campus. All these buildings are on USC tram route (a free service from USC to pick and drop students at their apartments). All apartments are unfurnished.

Apartments are rented for a minimum period of twelve months.

Items not included: Towels, blankets, bedspread, comforter, sheets, pillows, pillow case, alarm clock, table fan, dishes, glasses, cooking and eating utensils, pot and pans, microwave, bed, desk and TV are not provided.
